New experience in Email Dashboard

We've launched a major update to the Email Deliverability dashboard. The new dashboard features a more intuitive design and makes it easier to view key email delivery statistics. With this update, charts and advanced filtering are no longer available, but this functionality and more are available through Logging Search (detailed or aggregated logs) and Metrics Explorer (simpler, pre-aggregated metrics).
