Showing Roving Edge System Diagnostics

Use the diagnostic service to collect diagnostic information for Roving Edge devices and send the information to Oracle Support where the data can be further reviewed and recommendations made on how to fix problems and improve performance.

1. Connect to the serial console. See Operating the Serial Console.
2. If the serial console screen is locked, enter the passphrase to access the menu.

3. In the serial console, enter the menu number for Show System Diagnostics.

   When the output stops, capture the output before pressing Enter. For example, enter CTRL-A then CTRL-C, and paste the output into a file. If you're creating a service request, attach the file to the request.
