Data Source: oci_desktops_desktop_pool_desktops

This data source provides the list of Desktop Pool Desktops in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Desktops service.

Returns a list of desktops within a given desktop pool. You can limit the results to an availability domain, desktop name, or desktop state. You can limit the number of results returned, sort the results by time or name, and sort in ascending or descending order.

Argument Reference

The following arguments are supported:

• availability_domain - (Optional) The name of the availability domain.
• compartment_id - (Required) The OCID of the compartment of the desktop pool.
• desktop_pool_id - (Required) The OCID of the desktop pool.
• display_name - (Optional) A filter to return only results with the given displayName.
• id - (Optional) A filter to return only results with the given OCID.
• state - (Optional) A filter to return only results with the given lifecycleState.

The following attributes are exported:

• items - A list of desktops.
  • defined_tags - Defined tags for this resource. Each key is predefined and scoped to a namespace. For more information, see Resource Tags. Example: {"Operations.CostCenter": "42"}
  • desktop_connection - Provides information about a connection to a desktop, including connect and disconnect time, and client properties.
    • client_platform - The platform on which the Secure Desktops client runs.
    • client_type - The type of Secure Desktops client connected to a desktop.
    • client_version - The version of the Secure Desktops client connected to a desktop, applicable only to the installed client type.
    • last_action - Provides information about actions performed on a desktop, including type and time.
      • action - An action performed on a desktop.
      • time_applied - The time of an action performed on a desktop.
    • next_action - Provides information about actions performed on a desktop, including type and time.
      • action - An action performed on a desktop.
      • time_applied - The time of an action performed on a desktop.
    • time_connected - The time when the last connection to a desktop started.
    • time_disconnected - The time when the last connection to a desktop ended.
  • desktop_id - The OCID of the desktop.
  • freeform_tags - Free-form tags for this resource. Each tag is a simple key-value pair with no predefined name, type, or namespace. For more information, see Resource Tags. Example: {"Department": "Finance"}
  • image - Provides information about the desktop image.
    • image_id - The OCID of the desktop image.
    • image_name - The name of the desktop image.
    • operating_system - The operating system of the desktop image, e.g. “Oracle Linux”, “Windows”.
  • instance_id - The OCID of the compute resource used by this desktop.
  • is_assigned - Indicates whether the desktop is assigned to a user.
  • state - The state of the desktop.
  • time_created - The date and time the resource was created.
  • user_name - The owner of the desktop.
