インスタンスの作成時にCreateAutonomousDatabase操作によって返されるエラー
インスタンスの作成がエラーで失敗します: Error returned by CreateAutonomousDatabase operation in Database service. The operation failed because the ocid1.vcn.oc1.iad.am... of the Autonomous Database private endpoint does not have a DNS label.
